📌 MOC3020 Random-Phase Optotriac Driver (DIP-6)
The MOC3020 is a random-phase optoisolator designed to trigger an external TRIAC. It contains an infrared LED and a bilateral silicon switch, providing optical isolation between low-voltage control circuits and AC power circuits.
Ideal for safely controlling 110V / 220V AC resistive and inductive loads using microcontrollers and other low-voltage controllers.
