All of our pruning shears are handcrafted by the blacksmith workshop 'Tsurumaki Hamono.' Located in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's most renowned blacksmithing towns, Tsurumaki Hamono is known as a workshop specializing in pruning shears.
While preserving traditional techniques, they also incorporate new technologies, crafting each piece with care and dedication.
We offer a variety of scissors in different shapes and sizes, carefully balanced for the purpose of 'cutting,' with sharp and smooth blades, handles designed with the user and usage in mind, and an axis that efficiently transfers force.
